- The Wi-Fi service allows the use of HTTP protocol (port 80) and HTTPS (port 443) using at minimum standard web browsers. For security and network performance reasons, availability of all network services is not guaranteed.
- Eco Active Resort Pieniny may, in special cases, provide users with technical support regarding the configuration of mobile devices and use of the Wi-Fi service.
- Users are required to use the Wi-Fi service in a manner consistent with the law and good practices and not to create threats to network security.
- The user may be deprived of the ability to use the Wi-Fi service in the event of actions inconsistent with these Regulations, in particular in the case of:
- attempting to gain access to network resources to which the user is not authorized,
- attempting to bypass security measures applied to wireless access (e.g., changing the IP address assigned by the DHCP server, using tunnels, etc.),
- sharing and downloading copyrighted materials from the network without the authors' consent (software, movies, music, etc.),
- using P2P applications,
- further sharing the signal by using repeaters, routers, proxies, etc.,
- running service servers on devices connected to hotspot points,
- other actions that may be considered potentially dangerous for the functioning of the network and its users.
- Eco Active Resort Pieniny is liable for damages caused to users under general principles.
- Any malfunctions and complaints regarding the Wi-Fi service should be reported at the reception or administration of Eco Active Resort Pieniny.
