Room Reservation Regulations at
Eco Active Resort Pieniny
- Reservations can be made by phone, via e-mail or by filling out the form on the website www.ecoactiveresort.com. By making a reservation, the Guest provides personal data for the execution of agreements and services carried out by Eco Active Resort located at ul. Zamkowa 6, Czorsztyn, in order to ensure quick exchange of information in accordance with the provisions of the European Parliament Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and data protection 95/46/EC as well as the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.
- After making a reservation, the Guest receives a reservation confirmation.
- Payment confirms the reservation.
- Failure to pay the deposit by the agreed deadline means resignation.
- The deposit payment should be made within 7 days from the date of reservation or within the timeframe agreed with the property.
- In case of deposit payment and the guest not arriving at the property by 6:00 AM the next day (arrival on the following day) it is equivalent to resignation unless otherwise agreed in advance by phone or e-mail at recepcja@ecoactiveresort.com.
- In case of reservation without deposit and failure to arrive at the property by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, it is equivalent to canceling the reservation and releasing the room to another Guest.
- Packages are booked for strictly defined dates without possibility of change.
- Extension of a package stay is only possible by booking another package or according to the current price list.
