Rezerwacja może być anulowana w terminie do 21 dni przed przyjazdem. W takim przypadku istniej możliwość zmiany terminu rezerwacji bądź wymiany wpłaconej kwoty na voucher ważny przez rok czasu od momentu anulacji. Wpłacona przedpłata nie podlega zwrotowi.
