Parking Use Regulations

§ 1

Parking Organization

1. The Eco Active Resort Pieniny parking lot consists of parking spaces (spots), internal roads located next to Eco Active Resort Pieniny at ul. Zamkowa 6, Czorsztyn 34-436.
2. The parking is an unlocked and unguarded place for storing vehicles belonging to the guests of Eco Active Resort Pieniny, hereinafter referred to as "Users."
3. Pictogram and informational signs placed on and around the parking area constitute an integral part of the Regulations. Users are obliged to strictly comply with the information posted on the pictogram and informational signs and to follow the instructions of Eco Active Resort Pieniny staff.
4. The parking area is under partial monitoring.

§ 2

Parking Use Conditions

5. The Road Traffic Code regulations apply within the parking area.
6. Using the parking for guests of Eco Active Resort Pieniny is paid. The fee is 20 PLN per day and must be settled at the reception.
7. Use of the parking by persons who are not guests of Eco Active Resort Pieniny is charged according to the current price list. A vehicle present on the parking lot that does not belong to an Eco Active Resort Pieniny guest may be immobilized by placing a wheel lock, which is removed immediately after the parking fee is settled.
8. Only one vehicle may park in each marked parking space. In case the outline of the space is not visible, the vehicle should be parked directly adjacent to other vehicles.
9. Vehicles may only be parked in designated parking spots, except for reserved and visibly marked reserved spaces. If the User violates this regulation, Eco Active Resort Pieniny is entitled to tow the vehicle at the User's expense or charge an additional fee if two spaces are occupied.
10. Entry to the parking with trailers, semi-trailers, as well as delivery and heavy vehicles, is allowed only after prior notification of the Reception.
11. The following are prohibited on the parking area:

• smoking and using open flames;
• consumption of alcohol;
• smoking tobacco;
• pouring fuels, corrosive, explosive, and toxic substances;
• storing fuels, flammable substances, and empty fuel containers;
• refueling vehicles;
• leaving a car with the engine running;
• parking vehicles with leaking systems;
• presence of unauthorized persons;
• staying longer than necessary for parking or retrieving the vehicle;
• leaving animals inside the vehicle;
• repairing, washing, vacuuming the vehicle;
• changing coolant, fuel, or oil;
• polluting the parking area.

12. Eco Active Resort Pieniny is authorized to remove a vehicle in case of sudden and justified danger.
13. In case of violation of these regulations, Eco Active Resort Pieniny is entitled to tow the vehicle at the User's expense.

§ 3

User's Duties Regarding Parking Use

1. The User is obliged to respect traffic signs and other parking use conditions and follow the instructions of the Eco Active Resort Pieniny staff. The Road Traffic Code regulations apply accordingly.
2. The User must drive on the parking area at a permissible speed of up to 10 km/h.
3. The User may only park vehicles in designated parking spots,
   except for reserved and clearly marked reserved places.
4. The User is obliged to park the vehicle within the marked outline of the parking space, turn off the engine and all electrical devices, and secure the vehicle from self-movement.
5. The User shall not start or drive the vehicle on the parking premises under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
6. The User must secure the vehicle by locking all doors and closing windows.
7. The User must protect the vehicle from unauthorized access.
8. The User must not leave items inside the vehicle that are not factory equipment.
9. The User must not litter the parking area and must keep the parking spot in proper order.

§ 4

Resort Liability

1. Eco Active Resort Pieniny is not liable for any damages, destruction, damage, or loss of vehicles occurring on the parking area due to fault of the User, third parties, or force majeure.
2. Eco Active Resort Pieniny is not liable specifically for:
3. Items left inside the vehicle;
4. Theft of the vehicle from the parking space;
5. Natural or random disasters;
6. Accidents and collisions;
7. Damages caused by third parties.

§ 5

User's Liability

1. The User must have valid third party liability insurance (OC) for the parked car.
2. The User is responsible for all damages caused on the parking premises to third parties by himself, his employees, contractors, or accompanying persons. Additionally, the User is liable for intentional parking area pollution.
3. All damages, including traffic accidents occurring on the premise, shall be settled under the mandatory third-party insurance of the party at fault.
4. The User must promptly inform the Eco Active Resort Pieniny reception staff of any incident, damage, and provide proper confirmation.

§ 6

Complaints and Suggestions

1. Complaints and suggestions related to parking use should be submitted in writing to the address: Eco Active Resort Pieniny, ul. Zamkowa 6, 34-436 Czorsztyn.
2. All claims should be reported at the Eco Active Resort Pieniny Reception.
3. The entity responsible for the operation of the parking is: Stanisław Waksmundzki Zakład Pralniczy 34-436 Czorsztyn, ul. Zamkowa 6, NIP: 7350002345.
